Guests under the age of 18 are more than welcome at OHSO Social until 9pm (there are a few exceptions which are days when we hold specific events, if in doubt please contact us). We ask that smaller guests are kept an eye on; we're a busy venue and we'd hate for any accidents to happen. We operate Challenge 25 at all times.

Please note that we do not allow bicycles on the terrace or inside, nor do we allow them to be stored at the entrance or exit to the terrace as they could present a hazard in the event of an evacuation. We do not accept any responsibility for bicycles, or any other property, stored on or off the premises.

Dogs are more than welcome on the terrace, however regretfully we are unable to accomodate our four-legged friends inside.

If due to demand the day you are looking to book is fully booked, we may have spaces for walk-ins available, however please keep in mind we can be very busy, so walk-in spaces are not always guaranteed.

Area Hire, Private Hire & Exclusive Use

We will hold your table for a total of 15-minutes following the time of your booking, and require all guests in your party to have arrived by this time. Any spaces not used after this time risk being given to other guests. If you're running late, please call our bookings team or the venue directly to let us know.

Running Late?

At the time of booking we will complete a £5 per guest authentication on your credit or debit card as a confirmation of your booking. This is not a prepayment or deposit, and we don't take any funds from your card. If you need to cancel within 24-hours of your booking, or in the event of a no-show, we will retain the amount of the authentication.
